• Maintaining security of account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Timely payment for services rendered
• Backing up data unless specifically included in services

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

NET WAVE IT SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, all intellectual property rights in our methodologies, tools, and documentation remain with NET WAVE IT SOLUTIONS LLC. Clients retain ownership of their own data and proprietary information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
